Botster
Privacy policy
How Botster handles information when you visit this website or contact support.
Last updated 22 October 2026
01. What this notice covers
This notice covers the Botster website and support correspondence. The website has no account registration, sign-in, payment form or advertising and audience analytics scripts.
Social account connections and AI provider settings are handled in the desktop app, not on this website. This notice does not describe the separate data practices of those connected services.
02. Your browser preferences
The website saves your chosen appearance in local browser storage, so it can remember light or dark mode. If you dismiss the announcement banner, it stores that choice for your current browser session. It also keeps the current page’s reading position in browser history so a refresh can return you to the same place.
These preferences are used to display the website. They are not used for advertising or to build a visitor profile. You can remove them by clearing this website’s browser storage. See the cookies and browser storage page for details.
03. Website delivery and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Delivering a page involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Operational and security logs may be used to keep the website available, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
This is necessary hosting and security processing, rather than an advertising or audience tracking script added to the website. Cloudflare explains its handling of this information in its privacy information.
04. When you contact support
If you email Botster, your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message are used to respond and handle your request. Support messages may be processed by the email services used to receive and reply to them.
05. Keeping and removing information
Your appearance preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear the website’s storage. The announcement preference lasts for the browser session. Hosting information is managed through the hosting service’s operational retention settings.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to answer requests and maintain relevant support records. You can contact Botster to ask about your correspondence or request its removal.
06. Changes to this notice
Botster may update this page when the website or its data handling changes. The date above shows when this notice was last updated.
